This song is BRILLIANT, and so moving. According to Sharon Corr, the violinist in the band, it is about the first night after a break up with someone you have been with for a very long time. It is about the vulnerablity of someone and a sense of lonliness. It is such an amazing song, with an incredible sound:o)
I thought it was about the loss of their mother, meh what do I know? But I do agree, it is a very emotional song, very chilling :)
this is a nice song, but then the one line makes me think he cheated on her (i thought i would be the only one). If so, she should kick him to the curb!
