I think this one's pretty obvious.

The speaker's talking about how they get away from the things in life that bother them by escaping into their head.

"I run away But never have to go far Cuz I know where I'll be (living in my head) Far away from everything"

They go on to suggest that in their head they can affect the outcome of the difficult things that they're going through and modify reality.

"Up here again I always win Cuz I know a way Cuz I know a place (living in my head) Far away from everything"

All in all, it's a really cool song that speaks about the escapism we all experience in a way that we all can relate to. The song writing is really catchy and this one will be "living in your head" for a while. Sorry for the pun.
