Peach Moon Lyrics
sun-smudged peach moon
softer than an ice cream cone in june
and why is it that
lightning strikes so perfectly at night ?
what you do is what you choose
but consider consequences when you lose
(i don't care, i-i-i-i-i...)
all my life
i've been waiting for
a sign to say move on
and tonight
all the salt that's in the air just feels right
sun-smudged peach moon
softer than an ice cream cone in june
and why is it that
thunder purrs so strikingly at night ?
softer than an ice cream cone in june
and why is it that
lightning strikes so perfectly at night ?
but consider consequences when you lose
i've been waiting for
a sign to say move on
and tonight
all the salt that's in the air just feels right
softer than an ice cream cone in june
and why is it that
thunder purrs so strikingly at night ?

this is pure poetry...only die hard unicorn fans have heard this one
I've had this song on my computer for a while and then just sorta forgot about it, until i was reminded of the unicorns again.. so i'm going to have to say that i disagree with jacky because i've only heard 4 unicorn songs and this was the first, but also my fave.
My first Unicorns song, and definitely my favorite of my favorites. I get a sudden nostalgia whenever I listen to it.
Ahhhh, my first unicorns song, its odd that peach moon has been alot of other peoples first unicorns experience, as it is a rather rare uni song, anyways, this song is the definition of brilliance, it captures so many emotions at once, a truly beautiful song, its too bad that they broke up, they are one of the most underrated bands ever
I completely agree. Just the words that are chosen really give you the feel the Unicorns try to let out, and it's only complimented by the actual /song/ aspect of it.
I'm a pretty big fan of the unicorns, and just recently I made a flash cartoon to go with this song. If anyone would like to see it, here's a link: http://www.zaphlin.com/web-content/PeachMoon.html
Zaph, I really enjoyed your flash cartoon. You're pretty good at doing the Unicorns justice.
