does anyone know what those last two lines mean? i tried to translate them with an online translator, but it came out fucked and didn't make sense.

the french part is suppose to be: let my heart abandon you since I am still young
(the first line should be spellt: laisse mon coeur vous abandonne)
i think this is beautiful especially the french moving on, while you still have the chance to find someone new
i thought the song was called "while im still young..?"
