I love this song. I don't think one has to find all of religion to be mind decaying in order to appreciate it, though.

Dammit! Someone already mentioned the references of Brave New World and 1984! Argh...If anyone has not read either of these books, I would highly recommend it.
In any case, I love this song. I mean, I really adore this song. It brings up how religion (more so toward Christianity) is justified in bloody violent wars, crusades, virtually. Not literally, but preachers rape our children's minds, and basically a big chuck of our populace. We're victimized and made ignorant and our mind's are abused.

Christianity is not what you all think though. It's just corrupt people in the system. People who just grew up in church, thought they had an idea what it was about, and became money makers with clever facades. Christianity is truly about love. It doesn't matter what it's supposed to be, the fact that it's not shows it was never really as powerful as it says it is, If it's the "word of God" why is it corrupted so easily?, only man could write something so flawed (The Bible), religion is garbage, It's man(men) trying to control their fate and that of the world, i'm sure they had good intentions when they wrote the Bible but it is outdated and is only used to perpetuate hate and provide a false sense of meaning for "our empty lives in empty rooms"....
