i think: I feel her smooth skin slightly brush against the back side of my arm (when sumthing brushes the backside of your arm it makes you get a good feeling but you dont give it much attention, the girls talkin to him, or showing her love for him but hes not caring even though he feels for her) I need the song started over Your crying made me miss my favorite part (the song is a reference to a fight or theyre relationship in general, and her crying made him miss getting a good feeling out of the fight or relationship, everyon knows that theyve caused fights with those they care about for attention and she satrted crying so he didnt get that) I hear the exlamation point (he sees that things are getting rough its like a warning feeling) Her eyes are so there They're greener (she feels more for him or shes more appealing) Lay back, the song is almost over I tried to hear you out but I dozed off (The Relationship or fight is almost over, he tried to work it out but then jsut stopped caring) I need the song started over and your crying made me miss my favorite part (they need to satart over for the good feelings/ attention) Rachael, it's times like this I wonder (girls name he wonders if she cares for him or sumthing?) i love this song cuz it makes you feel good and kinda loved :)

but i think it's meaning is sad. the girl is crying throughout the song. and at the end "they're meaner" - her eyes. so either there's some problem between them or something going on with her.

and he tries to listen to her explaining what's wrong but he fell asleep, but at first he was a bit annoyed because he didn't hear the beginning of this song.

so he keeps saying he needs to start the song again, as if to say to start listening to her again because he fell asleep trying to listen to her again.

the whole "start over" thing is a pun:

• he wants the song to start again
• he wants to go back in time and listen to her again from the beginning.

at the end her eyes could be "meaner" because he fell asleep while he was meant to be listening to her.

im confused. i know anthony green is in saosin now and used to be in zolof...but the version on the net is saosin right? i cant seem to find a different version even if it is labeled by ZOLOF.

by the way it is a really kick ass song. a little short but i fucking love it

uhm anthony green started zolof i believe as a side project? along with driving high? this is a ZOLOF THE ROCK AND ROLL DESTROYER song back when ANTHONY GREEN was in the band. he does vocals for a few of the songs on the popcicle ep and rachel minton does backup vocals on plays pretty for baby.

however zolof/rachel/vincent (whoever) did another song using the same chords (super ok!) and it's rachel-only.
