By chance, I had the oppurtunity to hear this and all the songs on Golden Feelings. For those not aware, that was Beck's very first album, and was never available on CD. I have to say that on Beck's 1st work, he sounds just as crazy as he does on most of Stereopathic Soulmanure. Just a little warning to those looking to track down this album.
Anyway, this song, and nearly every song on the album is a snapshot of life from the point of view of a low income slacker who's being driven crazy by their crappy lot in life.
it is available on CD... sort of. i own it. Sonic Enemy pressed like 2,000 before Beck put a stop to it.
