This song , to me is about someone getting betrayed.

reminds me of someone giving all they have to this one person, who then just turns around and backstabs them like there nothing and not important. This song also is about how the person who was getting backstabbed finally realizes whats going on and puts all the pieces together.

very neat song .. Rock hard DryKill... currently I think its about searching for the truth in life... he is heeding to his calling and looking at the stuff that he could have died for while living his life ( like dying for a country/love) and then he finds out its not real its fake... and not worth it. He sees other people living in vain..and knows whats coming for them..but they cluelessly dont know.. he finds the truth (energy thats calling ..) he realises that all along it was after him..it was something he could never escape... paper tiger = false tiger = false threat...

i would have thought more people would have commented this. its such an amazing song. the chorus is one of my favourite in any song ive ever heard.
