I love that baby wailing sound! Before reading this, the only line I clearly heard was "unconscious mind," but I was sure the lyrics were intense. I'm glad to find that they are.
BoC makes more than just music
Creepy .......ass...........shit. I'm never listening to this song...
horrifically creepy, yes. but parts of this album have some serious subliminal messages going on. boc actually said (in some interview, i don't remember where) that they were really interested in that type of stuff, saying that music is capable of some powerful things. this song is a perfect example. you listen to it, and on the surface, it scares the shit out of you. but if you listen carefully and soak in the song, the message comes through. pretty uplifting for such a scary sounding song.
this track is on the album Geogaddi. the total run time of the tracks is 66:06, and the total file size of the tracks is 666MB. in the track "you could feel the sky", there's a voice saying "a god with hooves/horns" backwards. the devil is in the details.
