energy is becoming one of our countrys greatest concerns. if we don't start working on energy conservation, there may not be enough energy to go around by the time i'm a parent. we're going to learn about how we can solve some of our problems through alternative energy sources. you can learn more about energy too. call your county cooperative extension service for more information. conserving energy is everyones responsibility. call 4H to find out how you can do your part.

It sounds like it's from some old commercial and they cut out silence in order to make the commercial shorter.

The kid did pretty well considering he was all of 8 or 9 years old. What's going on with the background music in that original PSA? Really freaky, definitely moreso than the 4-H song when I was a kid: "4-H For you For America 4-H"
In the lyrics posted...the line, "we're going to learn about how we can solve some...."
After listening to the file....I believe the child actually says this..."Through 4-H I've learned about how we can solve some...."
The version I hear would seem more likely, especially since the next line is, "you can learn more about energy too". Relating the listener of the PSA to the child who is already involved in 4-H.
