hey, that law is differant now. the law now is if EITHER of the two people are involved is underage, its considered rape by law - statutory. it goes for if both are underage.
It depends on what the term "under age women" entails. In Iowa (and other places), as long as the girl consents, sex is legal. In Hawaii, an outrageous 14 years old is legal. Still, it's not something most people would be proud of.
