It makes me think of two people who are just in love. But for some reason can't be together. And they just want to get away, but eventully they have to come back to relaity.

She's going somewhere or she has to do something that will split them up. So she just wishes she could get away from everything and not have to face the reality of anything. I'm not so sure that the meaning is obvious as dying2reachgreen states, some would say it must be romantic like ryo.chen. It reminds me of going out with my best friend before he went off to the Army, in a hindsight way. They're some of the best memories I have but it was kinda just us driving without problems, getting away for a while.
