Can't believe nobody's commented on this sweet band! They're from Chicago and effing rock. If I remember correctly, the singer (Adrian) wrote this song for his current girlfriend when their relationship was just starting, things were just starting to take off but he/they were still really unsure about things. One way or another, anyone who likes anything from Taking Back Sunday to Rise Against should check out Burning Bright!

Hey, this is Adrian, i wrote the song and yeah that's pretty much what it's about. It's about my girlfriend at the time, she was an insomniac and i was always waking up alone. I tried to write this song about wanting to be there for her even when i wasn't close by. There was still a certain sense of trying to figure out where we were going to, Nova4761, you nailed that part.
