first time i listened to this album, this song definetly stuck out as the best... as for what it's about, i think it's pretty straight forward... :)
I beleave this song is about wanting to be with some one and finaly making the first move. The some one is always able to make you feel better, just thinking about them or being with them.
I just got out of a realy bad relation ship, I relate to this song because one of my best friend's is that some one to me.
I think that the song is about being friends with someone for a really long time, and then realizing that they have had an interest in you, ("Been saving truth in a pile, Standing in front of it, Obstructing your view with my smile") and then deciding to change the relationship in order to freshen things up and get back on the same page.
A great song, one of the best on the album, (I liked all the tracks) heres to a speedy follow up album!
I can go ahead and try and analyze the whole thing but to tell you what I believe it means to me is(I Came to this conclusion from this verse and the chorus)

So what I believe it means is a person is not too sure at first whether they want to take this person onto the next level from wherever they are at but then one day they realize that "hey I do like this person alot they have helped me alot and what I want to hide them? No it is not a complicated thing I want to be with them im ready I dont feel complications anymore I just want them"
This song is awesome for a situation I am going through which is why I think the song is meaning that so that is why I interpret it that way. It makes sense to me I hope what I said makes sense to others.
