So what I believe it means is a person is not too sure at first whether they want to take this person onto the next level from wherever they are at but then one day they realize that "hey I do like this person alot they have helped me alot and what I want to hide them? No it is not a complicated thing I want to be with them im ready I dont feel complications anymore I just want them"
