What I get from this is that the world is really messed up and all you can do is tough it out. This song got me through like 4 years of bad shit in my life. I love it.

this is song is.....SUPERB!!!! The riffs, the solo...the songwriting...Dragonforce is one hell of a band!!!
reminds me of the book of revelation in the bible, about the beast ("demon") that shall arise, and the madness being the "ne dtimes" (pretty much, the days that we live in now). also the line about "in the past we are to be or hear the voice", i think that's about the prophets in the bible and the people of the time who believed there was a god.
