Double Dare Lyrics
I, I should know
You shouldn't have to tell me
Sometimes it's the way we feel
or the way we feel we feel-
pretty bad
In a double dare
He's got wandering eyes
And I see 'em look at you
looking straight at you-
but I know where they are
I'll walk you home
You take as long as it takes
The sun in the morning sky,
in the morning sky we'll know where we are
We'll know where we are
You shouldn't have to tell me
Sometimes it's the way we feel
or the way we feel we feel-
pretty bad
He's got wandering eyes
And I see 'em look at you
looking straight at you-
but I know where they are
You take as long as it takes
The sun in the morning sky,
in the morning sky we'll know where we are
We'll know where we are

This song is clearly about Marc Summers and being a contestant.
In the first verse the singer is upset that he answered a question incorrectly:
"I (the contestant) should know. You (Marc Summers) shouldn't have to tell me....we feel pretty bad."
In the second verse the singer's team mate is taking a physical challenge and the singer is thinking about the home audience watching on TV
"I see 'em look at you..."
In the last verse the two contestants are going home after losing to the other team and are reflecting on the game and their post-double dare contestant lives.
"We'll know where we are"
Pretty straightforward song.
