Shameless Lyrics
Remember your innocence set fire to December
I'm giving away you but now it supports for you to serve
Oh yes to serve
It's all over, we've all wondered and now I know, dear sir
Bless you
Remember dear dark soldier, a message from the battle jar
I'm giving away you but now it supports for you to serve
Oh yes to serve
Its all over, we've all wondered
I said master, I've traveled this message that I bring
And you're lost cause and they tell themselves
I beg you more, so you get all
And now it supports for you to serve
Come on and serve
I said master, I've traveled this message that I bring
And you're lost cause and they tell themselves
I beg you more
(Oh my God)
Light up the fire now burn, burn, burn
Put out the fire, fire
It starts now put out the fire
I said master, I've traveled this message that I bring
And you're lost cause and they tell themselves
(You're the bacteria)
I say save us, I said save us
Yea I've got two words for you:
Fuck you
I said save us, I say save all us
I said oh my God, oh my God, oh my God
Why don't you call your God
I'm giving away you but now it supports for you to serve
Oh yes to serve
It's all over, we've all wondered and now I know, dear sir
Remember dear dark soldier, a message from the battle jar
I'm giving away you but now it supports for you to serve
Oh yes to serve
Its all over, we've all wondered
And you're lost cause and they tell themselves
I beg you more, so you get all
Come on and serve
And you're lost cause and they tell themselves
I beg you more
Put out the fire, fire
It starts now put out the fire
And you're lost cause and they tell themselves
(You're the bacteria)
Yea I've got two words for you:
Fuck you
I said save us, I say save all us
I said oh my God, oh my God, oh my God
Why don't you call your God

Woo first comment! This sounds different from other C&C songs, more hardcore at points, but I like it none the less.. what It means to me? Guess its all part of the story.. seems like its been decided that someone isnt worth saving..
Well it sounds different than other coheed songs, because it's not Coheed. It's the same group under a different name (Shabutie) before Coheed was formed. Though the topic is still fictional it might not have anything to do with the story of Coheed and Cambria.
QUOTING CLAUDIO:
"And when Shabutie got signed to Equal Vision in 2002, ya know, the name Shabutie was kind of rediculous. People are just gonna get the wrong idea of what kind of band we are..." -Claudio from an audio interview with Claudio and Travis.
For those of you who do not know, every Coheed and Cambria song is all about one story. You can read about the entire story, comic interpretations, and get over two gigs of Coheed and Cambria downloads at http://www.cobaltandcalcium.com . It's an amazing website...
yes thank you briank. everyone's been talking about this story and it was confusing the heck out of me. so then this begs the question, does the entire album "Penelope" have anything to do with the storyline?
sheslike- no. shabutie and coheed and cambria have virtually nothing to do with each other, as far as the lyrical content. from what i understand, shabutie might as well be the "outtakes" of the coheed and cambria story, because some of the shabutie songs actually mention the names of certain characters in the story, but they are separate from the story that the band coheed & cambria follow.
holy fucking poop. this is amazing. not to say that coheed isn't good, but jesus...
I love this song.
i love coheed, but i've never heard this song before.
isnt this shabutie...?
