i think this is pretty much kinda about him realizing hes done with drugs. Hes saying how he loves these girls, but then they get high or drunk or whatever and theyre not the same. He looses interest and leaves.
He says through extasy glue and crystal meth hes found no drug compares to this girl, so he gets higher with love than he does on drugs. this ultimately shows him that life would be better without the drugs.
