I think the song is about someone being betryed by another person in any way.. but this person (the betrayed) is saying that theres always tomorrow (the sun always shines) and I'm always gonna be the good open persn that I am (my grass is always green!). Not really sure about the other lines but I think that most of the lyrics on OSI reflects Kevin's simple charecter and personality.
This album is surely influenced by 9/11.
