Chris wrote the music to this one. This song blew me away first time I heard it. I know the feeling of being someone's mistake, and that's obviously what this song is about. He was a mistake to the significant other, nothing more.
I definitely identify with this song as I was in a 2 year relationship and the girl ended it by saying that she just wanted male attention at the time. I asked her if that's what 2 years meant to her, just a mistake, and she said yes.
