I heard that in a superquarq presence of Lucio Dalla. It's all about a piano professor who falls in love with his adolescent student. The lyrics expose powerfully the deep inner world and feelings of a man as a real artist.

This is the one and only Josh Groban song that i don't like. it sounds blobby for some reason.....his voice is awesome though

The reason it probably sounds blobby is because the italian has so many more syllables to tell the story. The English translation is much shorter. It is actually a really sad story.
