Just because this songs sounds good when you are on drugs, doesn't mean it is about drugs. When I heard this song I felt that the line: "You pray to me, your lucky star, your singing satellite" is actually about someone who is just a normal person who is obsessed with a celebrity. If you think about it, a satellite is often mistaken for a star in the night sky.
Although, when I roll, I feel a more intense connection to this song that is out of this world deep. Like, the only thing that matters in that moment is me and the person standing next to me and the music...
