It's great that so many people that comment here think they know why Sept. 11 happened (note When the Eagle Cries), yet none of those people seem to have anything to say about the Battle of Waterloo on June 18, 1815
Here's a history lesson for all of you: Napoleon was imprisoned in the island of Elba, he escaped, new king abdicated, Napoleon takes French army, attacks British near the town of Waterloo, attempted to break through and take Brussels (now part of Belgium) before all the "Allied" armies combined but the Prussians overwhelmed the French because one of Napoleon's major generals was relaxing at a local inn and mistook artillery fire for thunder and failed to attack and because German chocolate is better than French chocolate. Really I had some once it was terrible. Anyway, that's all you need to know about "Waterloo"
this is really catchy and awesome. SCREW NAPOLEON!!!! youd think if a man was fighting for everything and had 124000 men....he wouldnt give up after only 45000 are wounded or dead. Id have them fight to the last man.

BTW, Iced Earth got "Franco Belgian line" wrong. The Belgians fought under William of Orange on the side of the coalition, not on the French side. Some 700 Belgians took part in the battle of Quatre bras which took place shortly before the battle of Waterloo. Some 450 survived to take part in the actual battle of Waterloo. Had William of Orange and his Dutch/Belgian troops retreated from Quatre Bras, as ordered by Wellington, the French would have been able to split the coalition in two and they would have defeated, first the Germans and then the Brittish.
