i haven't thought much about it, but right off i'd have to say that it's about a guy missing a girl...bad...and how he's dealing with it

im pretty sure sometimes its "with this built up smile and these junkie eyes yeah" and other times it what you have... other than that greaat song and its all pretty literal, guy left a girl or is acting like shes acting like she doesnt like him anymore, and he can tell, and then it finally ends
I think this song is about drugs. And RxB basically personified drugs/drug addiction in this piece.
this song, to me, describes a person who is dealing with the pain of looking at a relationship in retrospect...and/or coping with the pain of a breakup through drugs.
i feel like this is more of a retrospective only because of the ghost/graveyard/regret stanza; i don't think these sort of thoughts come in the relationship process until after it's ended, and you look back on it, and realize how different life was then.
I think it's about a girl who used to be in a relationship with him, but only to use him for drugs, and now is just sleeping with him to get drugs, because she knows he's lonely and that she can use him to get drugs.
Again I think it's about a soul he hasn't met face to face.
i think its trying to personify drugs as a woman
