i love this song. to me its about having ur heart broken,its so sad. :-( its like being so in love and being let down but u cant let go even though u feel hurt and anger
I thought it was 'like the job of disease' but it's quite hard to be sure... regardless, this is one of my favorite Numan songs. I think rottentothecore got the meaning right. You can really hear the emotion in his voice when he sings 'don't let me down'... I can't even think about this song without getting tears in my eyes! This song is truly beautiful, a masterpiece.
