... is there really no comments about this song? I don't know what it's about but why are there no comments? I'm appalled!

My favourite lines in the song are "Baby, can you hear it? Don't it make you want to lay down and close your eyes" and "Don't it make you want to wake up and open your eyes."

I think it's a very strong political message about how some of the ugliness that exists in the world, such as war, can make people want to just "close their eyes" and forget that it's all happening, and at the same time "wake up" and acknowledge it, and speak out against it.

so yeah, i think the decomposing light is like, the world is getting worse and worse, like its decomposing. and the light symbolizes hope and good and stuff. and the thing about his native tongue...i think it's like, since he sings a lot about the state of the world, maybe he's saying that some people view that as bad, like, it's bad to talk about the world? and the whole thing about it's the one i'll write...maybe like, he hasn't given up even if everyone else has. and yeah, the whole closing your eyes and waking up thing can be like, ignoring it or fighting it. and the thing about getting up to fight is like, maybe talking about war and protests and stuff. the thing about fools and dogs...i don't really know. a dog sort of symbolizes someone following authority, which has gone corrupt. or someone who protects authority and fights for it and never really questions authorities intentions. but i don't get the thing about being a waste...

This meaning just when you have hope for the world it is taken away with more wars. Another day of decomposing light in a world called catastrophe, is to mean that light is hope, and the hope for a better world with no fighting is slowly diminishing as the world’s governments turn the world into a widespread disaster as they rage wars upon each other. My native tongue is blasphemy because the government does not apprise human activists, people who choose to take a stand to speak their mind on human rights and the unjustness happening around the world. “Since then I am a fool, since then I am a dog, since then I am a waste”. In this passage the artist is conveying himself, he is a fool because he is a dog of the government, as dogs are meant to be loyal and listen to their authorities. He then feels as if he is a waste not being able to make the world right because he must abide by and obey as the government says.
This song represents the symptoms of social analysis, I say this because the song correlates and focuses on the understanding of the unjustly ways people of political standings decide our world to be.
