Little known fact is the origin of the title of this song: Basically this was one of the first Alexisonfire songs ever written and when they were jamming it on the second floor of a two-story building, some girls across the street saw them jamming through the window and started pointing and laughing at them so they thought it fits the song very well - hence the name. To me, this song seems to be about someone who is "trapped" in a relationship with another person. The other person doesn't have their heart in it, perhaps cheating ("Tired of all these lies and elsewhere eyes of yours") and the song's narrator knows it. However, they also know that it will hurt to lose the person, but they don't care, they just want out.

"Please just give me back my heart" with "I want you to ruin me" in the background seems to demonstrate this to me. It is as if the singer is saying "I don't care if I'm reduced to nothing after this, I just want out."

I like this song lots - the lyrics and the music. But I just can't listen to it. There's something really sad about that I just can't put my finger on. It has a really strange effect on me...it's difficult to explain. I guess you could say it's unsettling. I dunno....I'm a 'tard

I interpret this song to be about a girl admitting something awful she did to the lyricist. She cares about him, but is not on the same page as him.

Dallas' part is kind of summarizing what he now feels. He's been hurt, and wants to just forget the person and move on to what's to come, because he knows staying with her is just asking for more of the same, it's hard to get over some people though, even if they hurt you worse than you ever felt you could have been hurt.
