I think this song is about sex... BDSM perhaps?! you kind of pick up the sexual innuendos just by the way it is sung- kinda playfully.

Just your basic sex-and-violence anthem, although expressed in Ms. Garside's extraordinarily poetic manner. The thing being put on could be anything from a choker to corset (both of which fit tightly) to a prophylactic (which are definitely on the snug side). But it's unquestionably about the kind of raw aggressive sex that requires you to take the next day off of work to avoid ackward questions about where all of those scratches, scrapes, friction burns, and subdermal hemhorrages came from.
