I think this song is fairly obviously about drug use. I don't really like this as much as some of their others though...
Wes actually wrote this song when he was 14. The only line that wasn't written by him was "Call me when the sun goes down," which was written by bassist Doug Ardito. Wes had called Doug one night on the phone during the daytime hours but Doug was sleeping. When he answered the phone Doug told Wes to call him when the sun goes down.
