pretty good song, although IF has way better. I read this one as basically being about an identity crisis, or wanting to move on to something new but not being able to.
This is about someone being scorningful of not knowing who he is.. he keeps pushing himself on people waiting to be accepted but he never feels like he belongs.

To me this song is talking about how he has nothing left to keep himself going, but he will offer whatever he has left to whoever he's speaking to in the song.

My thoughts on the meaning of this song is that he's trying to find the person he wants to be and used to be because he dislikes the person he has become now. "I'll need a re-make To make up for my mistakes" It could also mean that he just wants to push everything aside and start anew and thus search for a new me.
