This is my favorite song from "The Fiction We Live". I think this song is about long lost love. They once had a relationship but probably broke up because of him, and now he sees her getting married and he regrets having lost her.

...Ok, here's the story behind the song. Francis, the drummer/guy who sings the song...his girlfriend is this bitch named Jolie...she lives in Massachusetts like I do...she was originally gonna sing Short Stories...but that's a different story.
Jolie and Fran were together for a while, but Fran broke it off...but they still were together...just not officially. Jolie found someone else, but continually cheated/cheats on him with Fran. That song is about Jolie getting married and Fran regretting letting her go...kind of.
i agree with star crossed., i always thought it was like a love traiangle going on because it sounds like hes asking his new girlfriend "would you be depressed, if i attentd that wedding,,etc" but im just a moron,, thanx for cealrying that up for me,,this song is bad live.they played it at the vagrant tour....

does any one know what M, 4, V, T, C and H means? I was thinking roman numerals.. but 4 t and h are not roman numerals... and then a friend and I were thinking something about death because of the next line... but i agree with everyone else here about this song... awesome...
what i get from the song is this guy loves this women so much that he want to marry her but in the end she ends up cheating on him.
As far as I know, M4VTCH is a flight #. At least that's what I've been told. That's why he needs to provide these numbers at the gates shrugs. I am not 100% sure, just thought I'd let you know.
