this has got to be one of the prettiest songs i had ever heard in my life. i about cried when i heard it. i know what it feels like to feel that way. i don't care about that britney&justin bullshit, i'm not into that gossip stuff. its just a beautiful song where ever he got the inspiration from.
Beautiful song. Forgiveness would be there if only she would apologize. He wants nothing more than for her to come back but she is not sorry for hurting him. 'You'll never get to love me again' is the phrase he uses to rebuild his strength. It's a way of taking the hurt away by making it his decision to be apart and not hers.
It's about a break up, obviously his with Britney, but still a great, great song. It's about being hurt due to the other person's cheating.
I agree with the above. Its a really heart felt and special song about breaking up with someone that you really loved. quite surprised that something so beautiful and unique could come from a pop boy.

I think JT is saying that eventhough she cheated, he loved her so much, he'd have the capability of forgiving her had she only told him and been honest. 'Honesty' plays a part in a lot of JT's songs. It's perhaps the most important quality in any relationship. It's a great message to us all that he is portraying; Love blinds you to many things, makes you vulnerable, leaves you weak. Be wary when you love. Always remain wary.
this is the most heartbreaking song i've ever heard. the no backup singers make it have such raw emotion you can really feel his pain with it. I almost felt like crying when i heard this. And I'm not a Justin fan...
