The Camper Velourium II: Backend of Forever Lyrics
Rocked silent in a soft lullaby
Panic stirred me awakened by a ringing phone in time
Where and when would I see her?
Crazy were the words that scribbled out your mouth
I stuttered replacing your face to those words
Where and when would I kill her?
I'll wish on this, I'll wish with this
I, I wish
To the bitter end of my day
Well, where were you?
So you had your turn
And you made it work
Now I'm the laughing stock of your joke
Crazy as it may seem
I cried for you when you
Told me to date all of the things
That made you end up in my life
And I'll believe anything
I have no luck with girls
I overheard that you were unhappy too
Misleading trust into a relationship that makes no sense
Over and out, Connecticut
But you had your back turned as you faded away
At the end of my day I found out
You weren't worth what I thought of you
Write this down in the diary you abuse
Can we make plans can I just get throught to you
Is this weird . . . do I scare her?
I'll wish on this, I'll wish with this
I, I wish
That you could share the love you'd shared with others
With me
So you had your turn
And you made it work
Now I'm the laughing stock of your joke
Crazy as it may seem
I cried for you when you
Told me to date all of the things
That made you end up in my life
And I'll believe anything
I have no luck with girls
I overheard that you were unhappy too
Misleading trust into a relationship that makes no sense
Over and out, Connecticut
But you had your back turned as you faded away
At the end of my day I found out
You weren't worth what I thought of you
But this isn't love
So forever let it go
Forever let it burn
This isn't love
There on the backend of forever
I wish I would never hurt again
(I wish I would never hurt again)
I wish I would never hurt again
(I wish I would never hurt again)
I wish I would never hurt again
(I wish I would never hurt again)

ok, this is what i think it's about. velorium camper I-III are about al the killer, he's a kind of boba fett/han solo type of character who's ship is called the velorium camper. he's pretty crazy. now, i believe this song is about him coming to terms with crushing, i guess, on one of his marks, a girl he raped (see lyrics to TVCI:FOH). occaisonally he'll report back to his handlers (over and out, connecticut), all the while trying to convince himself that he's not really in love with his target (this isn't love there on the back end of forever, i wish i would never hurt again). he's been made vulnerable by falling in love (witness when he cries at her story, etc). he's been hurt by having entered into an emotional bond with his victim. like i said, he's sick. this is rectified in TVCIII:ATK when he goes pretty kill crazy, targeting white girls (his previous target).
ya thats pretty much right on. a few things: the girl is newo ikkin - she is trying to get to claudio. al raped her in I and in II he overhears her talking to claudio and realizes he cant have her and is hurt, next sont he tries to kill her.
See i believe that Claudio said that Al is actually a good guy. A for this song im not sure but it is about Al and maybe about a past victim but i think he doesnt capture newo since ya hes like good
He becomes good in two songs apollo
claudio is amazing, i cant wait to get the comics, i love the end of this song its unreal
i think claudio said that al wasn't necessarily good, only important... helpful to someone/something in the story, but bad in nature.

"and I'll believe anything I have no luck with girls " god, the way he sings that line gets me everytime. <3
"I cried for you when you told me to date all of the things that made you end up in my life" sooooo my life!
This is continuing over from my thoughts on "Faint of Hearts", so I'll recap: I DO NOT believe that Al raped Newo. He may have wanted to, but I feel that Al restrained himself out of respect to Claudio, who was trusting him to watch over Newo while he was away from the ship. Al may have also developed a friendship with Newo, feeling that he could trust her because she was Claudio's. Newo may have opened up to Al and filled him in on the situation she and Claudio were invloved in. Seeing that she trusts him, Al in turn confesses all the vile things that he'd done in the past to women. The confession horrifies Newo so much that she begins treating Al like a threat. (Ending of "Faint of Hearts")
It's this one-sided friendship between Al and Newo that is the "relationship that makes no sense." The ringing phone in the opening is likely Claudio calling to check up on Newo. Al wakes up from a fitful sleep and overhears Newo, whom he trusted, telling Claudio that she thinks Al is going to try to rape and/or kill her. In Al's eyes, Newo may have seemed like his ideal woman, a person that would understand and accept him for what he was, but she turns out to be just as frightened as the rest. ("You weren't what I thought of you.") Al also seems to have discovered a diary Newo was keeping in which she states her fear of him, prompting Al to lose his temper. He knew he didn't love Newo, but he found himself caring deeply enough for her that it hurt him. And, considering his unstable mental state, Al response to Newo's 'betrayal' is to lash out, leading into the events of "Al The Killer."
