The opening/verses riff is totally awesome. They use the delay effect very nicely here! This song, to me, is about those days where you feel out of it and out of place and don't feel like yourself, but you carry on anyways. You have to push through those days where you question yourself or you'll never make it. Like he says in the chorus - he can't be himself today, BUT ANYWAY. It's like he's not letting his own personal struggles get in the way of daily life and with other people. Sometimes it's best just to fight your inner battles with yourself and no one else can really help you. This is a good song, give it a listen. It's almost danceable.
