Personally I think it's drugs, but I could be wrong.
I'm heading for the end. (dieing) On top of this bullshit (people are on drugs because they can't stand the bullshit around them) I dont want to hear it(they dont want more) I found my way again (to get back to drugs, to give in...) It's hard to explain it, I know I hate it(it's hard to explain why they are doing it and they hate it but they have to do it)

My friend made a joke that Billy Spleen has the same initials as Bull $#!t and he said they were gonna call the song Bull**** but they didnt want want someone to be like :
