Hmm I have found this song under the name Yesterday.com aswell. Are they different versions or people misnaming files?
yesterday.com was the old title - they changed it because their ex band member used to say it whenever something got old (Dude thats so-yesterday.com!).. and i guess Sum 41 decided after they had named it the title "yesterday.com" became so-yesterday.com ;)

to me its about a friendship that just keeps going thru the same shit, and altho i hate it i dont want it to end, because its the only relationship i have with that person, and i love them to much 2 let them go
it's about the ex-singer and always interfering. This is 1 of my fav songs of all time. It really means something to me. Everytime I listen to it, it gives me goosebumps
