I honestly think near the ending part it sounds like a puppy in pain and throughout the song we hear an almost adult animal in pain whimpering as well, it may seem like a stretch but I truly think this might be about abuse, the random almost glitches in fade ins almost seem like flashbacks, the melancholy sounds, the whimpering pains, it seems like that
