Until The Day I Die

i love the line "Until the day i day, i'll spill my heart for you." i mean think about it, no matter what, real love will never change and hardships can't change how you feel about someone and even if it was written about the band on tour i still like to think about relationship problems and how you can heel things just by saying "i still love you no matter what" thats what i think the general moral of the song is, basically.

Straight forward song. They took the quote "I'll love you until the day I die" which already holds a lot of emotion and just put so much more into it that it couldn't be anything less than amazing. This song shows that when you do finally find that true love, it will be some of the most raw emotion that you will ever feel. No matter what happens, you will always love them till the end.

"As years go by I race the clock with you. But if you died right now, you know that I'd die to."

-This is my favorite line of the song. It's simple, but so true to so many people. I've seen it before. Once you've spent most of your life with the one you love, learn to live no other way, and they die, the other slowly dies too, because without them, there is no point.

"We'll make the same mistakes, I'll take the fall for you. I hope you need this now cause I know I still do."

-Everyone makes mistakes, we're all human. He's saying that even when it was her fault, he still took the blame, because he loved her that much. He still needs her, and he hopes that she still needs him too.

"My hands are at your throat, and I think I hate you. We made the same mistakes. Mistakes like friends do."

-If you truely care about someone, and love them deeply, you will hate them at some point. Something will happen, someone will be hurt, and you think you hate them, but when it all blows over you realize you never really did, you just let your emotions get the better of you. That's what he's saying.

"Until The Day I Die" is number one on my Top 10 or I should say Top 100 because there's tons of good songs. I'll never get sick of this song too.

Although it is another love song it's a really unique one at that. It shows the balance of love and hate in a relationship without saying the word love even once. I'm impressed. Great song.

They kick ass in concert. I think this could be a big single. That's just me though. Them and Goldfinger, wow that was a GREAT concert. :D

This is a decent song...my boyfriend loves them (Story of the Year)...so since I'm forced to listen to them in the car all the time...they've grown on me :).

I like the song, and I'm not saying that it's either original OR unoriginal.. but, taking back sunday and brand new are a couple bands that have used that kind of line. I don't know if SxEx was referring to other though.
