Where No One Knows My Name Lyrics
side stepped land mines and working class attitudes. This is a love
song……deal with it. Things I dont understand are always the most interesting.
Like zero and eraserhead. But some times its just about feeling good like
john Kusac and pop punk.

this song is interesting. it really is a great song- but i dont really get some of the lines like "like zero and eraserhead." does anyone know?
zero and eraserhead are bands from like the 80's (or so)
This song has such a kick-ass intro
no compliments to the band unless you are submitting a meaning as well. this is a love song deal with it. by the way Dallas Green is singing: i will beat my fist against my chest, if only to prevent my heart from beating for you, and this new season brings with it signs of hope, you cant leave me waist high wading all alone...i know there is some place i can go, where no ones knows my name...i still remember the sound of your voice, do you think i would call just to hear you breath..just to hear you breath.
Eraserhead is a movie by david lynch. Most his movies are complicated, so that's maybe why he wrote the part: Things I dont understand are always the most interesting.
And for the rest, this song is about most sons AOF write about, personal stuff, that only they can explain. So we can only geuss.
noice song.it's pretty cool.but yeah i'm clueless about it.haha-erica
Indeeeed Eraserhead is a weiiiird movie. Ohh dear. I definetly don't understand it either!
Dallas Green (gutarist of AOF) has a solo song called Sam Malone. In it has the lyric, "I know there's some place I can go where no one knows my name..." I wander if that lyric is an allusion to this song...
Oh wait, it is! I just listened to this song, the lyrics that Dallas is singing are in the song "Sam Malone." I'm a genius!
What a dick you are dude. You put both statements on Dallas' song and then call yourself a genius? Again (just in case you don't revert back to Sam Malone) he wrote said prior, long before he joined Alexisonfire. Here's something you'll probably say you found by yourself-Check out Helicon Blue and Dallas was in another band he told me about too, but he said it wouldn't be worth anyone's time so it' not worth stating. Have fun.
