this song, to me, is a bit of revenge. but just mental, "i cried a river over you"... feel what i felt. and maybe even, do you see what you lost? but perhaps, like most songs (especially writers like björk) it's never that simple.
I hate to break this to you, but this is not Björks song originally, this is actually, Ella Fitzgerald or something. And I think this song actually is as simple as it seems; some guy was unfaithful to a girl, and hur het a lot. And then, when he comes and wants her back she doesn't want anything to do with him, because he hurt her so much before.
