Narnian Analogy Lyrics
The current state of things leaves my feet numb.
How much longer must we walk.
Through endless snow.
My vision gets blurred.
Until this whiteout blinds me.
But I, I will walk by faith.
These dark clouds remain from ages past.
A fire burns within. My only warmth.
I can see my breath uttering words of hope.
Glimpses of the sun penetrate in me.
(This winter, this winter, this winter)
This winter will end
(This winter, this winter, this winter)
This winter will end
(This winter, this winter, this winter)
This winter will end
(This winter, this winter, this winter)
This winter will end
How much longer must we walk.
Through endless snow.
Until this whiteout blinds me.
But I, I will walk by faith.
A fire burns within. My only warmth.
Glimpses of the sun penetrate in me.
This winter will end
(This winter, this winter, this winter)
This winter will end
(This winter, this winter, this winter)
This winter will end
(This winter, this winter, this winter)
This winter will end

Isn't the song called Narnian Analogy? Hey is anyone else here worried that TBM is gonna make music videos, become really popular and sell out?
-Keith
Hey is anybody else here worried that Keith might grow up one day, get a job, have a family, and make $$ to help support his family? ...how selfish of you Keith. These guys are great and a hard working band. I hope they do make videos, and get big - they have some great messages.
they really do deserve to make it big. Im confused as to what this song is about. is it refering to the Narnia books? all those stories that seem to never end. i dont know
ok.. i dont want to start drama but i think theres something that needs to be asked here. just because they get big.. they are a sell-out? do you even know what a sell-out is? no offense but you seem like those people who only like a band because no one knows them.. and thats stupid. they only sell out if they sign to a big label which THEN puts certain corporate restraints on their music causing them to change their style to sell. just because they sign to a big label DOES NOT... i repeat DOES NOT mean that they are sell-outs. there are too many people in this world.. or culture if you will, who believe that .. im sorry. it just irritates the shit out me. its not your fault per se. just blame it on ignorance.
This song is comparing the worlds faith, or lack there-of to the cronicles of Narnia, which is what the Cronicles of Narnia where analogis of anyway.
looking at this song with The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe in mind makes this song clear. The 4 kids enter the land of Narnia, to find a place that has been buried in a 100 winter. the wind up walking very far in the cold. They wind up having faith in the lion, Aslan (a picture of Christ). Their faith in Him is waht keeps them going. Once Aslan shows up, the power of his presence dispells the winter.
