i wouldn't go as far as saying that but i guess that's your opinion. armor for sleep is one of the best bands i've heard in a while.
I love this song, I can't believe how badly the Iron Maiden crowd reacted to these guys on the Dance of death tour, oh well, they are a bunch of sad old rocker twats who wouldn't recognise new talent if it kicked them in the crotch.

I think Matt is talking about people who tread on other people in order to get famous, but how he doesnt really care, cause people like that don't last long, because they have no friends to turn to because they have screwed them all over.
Funeral For a Friend is great, I just wish he would tone the screaming down a bit. The screaming works good on a lot of great bands like UNDEROATH and ATREYU but this dude's voice is too nice to cover up with too much screaming.
It seems to be about the way that the whole concept of 'fame' is something that is so over-rated and ugly and badly-spoken about that those who are good at what they do and are therefore famous for it feel that they can't get away from the fact that no matter how good they are, they're still famous. Which is something that MTV has turned into drunken fights and sleeping with the world.
I think it's about fame and how it starts off great, but soon turns you into someone you never wanted to be, and then you start falling apart

finally got the between order and model ep this morning. And this is my favourite song on it (so far). I love the mix of screaming and melodic singing- its beautifully intense
This song is excellent! Listen to their new one "This Years Most Open Heartbreak" It's great. And the best thing is I live in the same town as Funeral For A Friend :D
