I think it's a song about going crazy and wanting to commit suicide. Wanting to find the whole point of life and not have to wait until he finally dies.
This is about a rape and murder. He talks about of the pure adrenaline of sex and killing. His victim runs, he tells them to "give in" and he catches his prey. He then kills himself.
