Tell me whatever happened to the radio
Do they still play the songs you wanna hear
On the stereo?

Do you still like the bands you loved a year ago?
Would you still like me if we were to be on the radio?
Like me, if we were on the radio?
Like me, are they just played-out?

Tell me whatever happened to the radio
Do they still play the songs you wanna hear
On the stereo?

Do you still like the bands you loved a year ago?
Would you still like me if we were to be on the radio?
Like me, if we were on the radio?
Like me, are they just played-out now?

Tell me, tell me whatever happened to the radio
Tell me, tell me whatever happened to the radio

starsRsorad, that song was made back in 1999. b4 they were on the radio. I don't think it was pointless. I think it's just about selling out. I like the song, it's not their best. They're pumping out the awesome songs now.

I really like this song. I first heard in when I bought the drive thru records sampler "Welcome To The Family." Apparently this song was unrealesed until it was put out on this cd. Good stuff.

I think it's named "come back Bon Jovi" 'cause they're one of the bands that radioes don't play anymore. I think it's fine if they don't, 'cause nowadays, you're almost ashamed if a band you like get played on the radio. In the '80's, heavy metal was "popular", so then bands like Bon Jovi, Guns and Roses and Aerosmith were on the radio all the time. Radioes ore so shallow. It's like Richie Sambora in Bon Jovi said: "MTV don't dig us, and we're very relieved.."

Standing On The Edge Of Summer
Thursday
In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
