A simple love song. There's definitely some obvious sex, here. But I think it's also a live-for-the-moment song. He wants to enjoy the girl he's with as long as possible.
Probably one of the most upbeat and fun QOTSA songs ever written.

well, yeah, sex is definately there. But I think it might also have to do with him wondering how long he will be with the girl he is singing about. He's living for the moment, and the lyrics "do it again" are, yes, about sex, because he wants to love her as much as he can while he still can.

Because these lyrics could mean ANYTHING...yet if you really listen to it and interprit it, obviously it is about sex...a specific type of sexual act.
Listening to a bootleg from a show I was at and instead of "fit" he changed it to "fuck so tight" each time. So... sex.
