this band is not nearly popular enough. this song rocks out uncontrolably. no wonder it made guitar hero 2.
its about being whacked out of your brain and thinking theres someone lying next to you. it seems so real and undeniable to you, but no one believes you, which just makes it worse.

This song rocks plain and simple. Paranoia is such a pain in the ass
To me, it sounds like a bad trip on LSD. "I'm flying" could be the initial feeling of the trip, then he experiences what he thinks is someone in his bed with him.

Kerrigan, you're actually probly right. the Surfers did take alot of LSD so that could explain the song. acid can make you think about crazy shit like that. anyway the song kicks ass. it sounds even better when you listen to while your trippin.

I always assumed this song was about a person getting date raped or something. The "im flying" part is where the narrator gets drugged and the "fingers running down my chest" implies that some kind of sexual activity is going
Also notice how he says "i FIGURED (the fingers) were mine" meaning hes simply trying to figure out what was happening but hes not sure
