Yeah, it's Weezer. Weird Weezer song, but def not the weirdest. I mean... Hot Tub, come on.
This is one of the "Songs From the Black Hole", I believe. Go to www.sftbh.com to download it. And at the end Rivers says, "touch me and kiss me and love me" I like it alot.

oh and hot tub isn't by weezer, it's by the rivers cuomo band which played a few shows in boston. mikey welsh was the bassist.
This is from a scrapped concept album, which was replaced by Pinkerton. About half the songs from Pinkerton were originally from Songs From The Black Hole. Definately Weezer's wierdest song. Do a google for Songs From The Black Hole, there's a website that explains the whole thing pretty well.
