This song is about god renewing.. soo hes saying to god come into ma life again under all my regrets and mistakes.. hes say that .. he still deep down has that need for god.. hes asking god to remove the "darkness" or sin in his life.. and take him away from this life hes living.. (the one causing him to sin) and gods mercy "the stream of hope" destroys all the past sin and regret in his life Purification ...god's purifing him.. and hes isolated in the "face of perfection" so he experiances gods presence.. "Unable to hide I am drawn to the fire It is this pain that brings me likely do" is talking bout his urges and temptaions to go back to the life he had before.. and do the sinful things he once did ..

k thats my intrupertation of the song.. tell me wat u think..
