This is it, what
Luchini pourin' from the sky
Lets get rich, what
The jiggy vines and sugar dimes
Cant quit, what
Now pop the cork and steam the Vega
And get lit, what, what, what

Introducin' phantom of the dark
Walk through my heaven with levitation
From reefers, drenching divas in E7
Showboatin' with Rugars
Flash vines, Belafonte vigor
Lets skate for what it's worth
As we confiscate your figures

Casanova Brown, levitatin' jiggy in dashikis
A la hotta car, 54, chasin diamond runners
Headed ice bound, the big chilla diamond convention
Harlem Buck Strut, freezing world heist, Hollywood
Madame Butterfly let me in your house of pleasure
From the knuckle Swatch, shadowboxers catchin' black-eyed blues

I play the thief, what
Sensations at the Mardi Gras be screaming Chee-ba
Fulfilling pleasures in my castles, blow the smoke out
The Garcia Vega substitutes when the Dutch is gone
The Lo don't stop, give me shouts
It's the seasoned sauteers
Soufflers for swervin' on corners
We magnets to moolah
Livin' with Charlie's Angels on us
No smilin' were slidin'
That gets you caught up in the octa
Or deaded for movin'
It's just like that as we proceed

Saturday night special better take it light, you Jah Jah
You're a captain, quest to the coast of Key Largo
Wire the chain gang, keep your ears out for Roy Ayers
Sip the Fontainebleau, house of bamboo paradise

This is it, what
Luchini pourin' from the sky
Lets get rich, what
The jiggy vines and sugar dimes
Cant quit, what
Now pop the cork and steam the Vega
And get lit, what

Fallen pharaohs courtesy of Black Caesar, the convincer
Silky days, satin nights, taking flight, Donald Goines
Sweet sensation Spanish flying with the lady Scarface
Bottoms up sunshine, Love Potion No. 9

And we hailin' from the Magic City
Transcending Suede-a on your aura
Found 'chini in London, relaxation in Bora Bora
Got notion to bring it, sing it, never been my function
Stonin', robbin', we hiestin' merchandise and gunnin'
Love it, leave it, but bless the war chief for his bison
Get it, got it, the Lo will forever be nicin'

Yeah, the Sonny Cheeba he be sippin' Armaretta
The Geechie Grace, yes, he be sippin' Armaretta
We float the tri-state drink in this satin vines
This Coolie Hijacked packed from the sugar shack
Then what we do after we sip the Armaretta
We start the Harlem River Quiver, dig it sweet daddy
Sharpen the crimson blade, High Sierra serenade
Anatomy for seduction be this ebony junction

Yeah, as we exit the place with grace
Drizzy Armaretta, the burstin' of clouds
It pours, everything seems better on flats with love
We move, only in the mist
It's Lo, its life
And we can't get enough of this

Yeah, this is it, what
Luchini pourin' from the sky
Lets get rich, what
The jiggy vines and sugar dimes
Cant quit, what
Now pop the cork and steam the Vega
And get lit, what

First, some errors: "levitating jiggy in da shiggy's" should be "levitating jiggy in dashikis" (although I'm not sure how you can be jiggy in a dashiki, but whatever) "boss of vega" should read "garcia vega" - a brand of cheap cigar used to roll blunts (like dutches)

I also think, although I'm a lot less sure about this, that "chessin this" should read "transcending." I don't konw what it means in context, but it sounds to me like that is what he says.

also, I'm similarly unsure about this: but it sounds like instead of "a happy time quest to the coast of key largo" he says "el capitan, quest..." as though it's an order to someone piloting a boat. Again, this isn't because it makes any more sense, but because that it what it sounds like he is saying

"at the monte barbie" could be "at the monte bar, we..." since from what I can tell, monte barbie isn't anything - but that's just a complete guess

"We float the tri-state drink in this satin vines" should read "we float the tri-state draped in these sating vines"

I'll try my best to help with the translation: I think camp lo is best listened to when not trying to understand every line. I mean, how could you? It's riddled with so much slang that you would have to be them to konw what they are talking about all of the time. Instead, the entire feel of this song, and the whole album, is sort of a funk meets diamond thieves meets the high life. And the way they talk is often without any setup or introduction. They just throw you into a situation that they are describing... in words nobody can decipher

so, what I can decipher: from the last line that I corrected, "vines" appears to refer to clothing. They float the tri-state in satin clothes, I guess (although maybe that's just a shorthand for "expensive")

most of the chorus is self-explanatory, but just in case nobody knows, sometimes people steam the cigar (the vega) before they empty out the tobacco... uh, when rolling a blunt, of course

car 54 is probably a reference to the old sitcom - a cop show. I suppose that's them running from the cops after one of their many diamond heists

"sippin'fountain root" is probably "fountain blue"... but "sippin'" makes no sense there, so it leads me to believe that is an incorrect word - although I can't make out an alternative... maybe "tippin'" or "sipped at" (although that would mean the line before isn't completely right either) but I'm led to believe that because the surrounding parts are steeped in florida - key largo, spanish flying with the lady scarface, magic city. Fountain Blue would make sense in that context... that whatever they are talking about at that point in the song is taking place in florida. I guess Harlem isn't big time enough to spend your diamond money. of course that's jsut the first of their stops on the jet-setting tour (london, bora bora)

I don't know. This song is fucking awesome, but it is impossible to decipher. The lyrics are hard to distinguish, and when you do, the meaning still eludes. Although, I think the main problem is getting the lyrics right... which I can't do

Overall about difficult moments of disappointment and vulnerability. Having hope and longing, while remaining optimistic for the future. Encourages the belief that with each new morning there is a chance for things to improve. The chorus offers a glimmer of optimism and a chance at a resolution and redemption in the future. Captures the rollercoaster of emotions of feeling lost while loving someone who is not there for you, feeling let down and abandoned while waiting for a lover. Lost with no direction, "Now I'm up in the air with the rain in my hair, Nowhere to go, I can go anywhere" The bridge shows signs of longing and a plea for companionship. The Lyrics express a desire for authentic connection and the importance of Loving someone just as they are. "Just in passing, I'm not asking. That you be anyone but you”

“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.

There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
